Bondage Rihanna flaunts her spikes appeal

Stunning singer Rihanna rocked the American Music Awards last night with a spiky S&M-inspired outfit as she scooped two gongs.



Wearing an ensemble that owed as much to Mad Max as Madonna's famous cone-shaped bra, the R&B starlet looked terrific at the ceremony in Los Angeles.

Oozing hotness, the 20-year-old went for a back in black look that included chains, leather a corset and nipple-protruding spectacular spikes.

She performed her song Rehab and collected two awards on the night - best female artist in both the pop/rock and soul/R&B categories.

Her rumoured boyfriend, 19-year-old singer Chris Brown, won favourite male in the same categories. He was also named artist of the year.

Rapper Kanye West was another double winner, collecting trophies for favourite male rap/hip-hop artist and favorite rap/hip-hop album for Graduation.

"I'd like to thank everyone who accepted me trying to break new boundaries in music," said West.

"It's our responsibility as musicians to keep pushing each other. We will be the new Beatles, the new Hendrix. I want to be Elvis."

When he won the artist of the year gong, Brown said: "I would've gave it to Coldplay. I'm at a loss for words."
