Deadly reputation: Dominatrix linked to another man found dead

USA - PENNSYLVANIA - A sultry dominatrix renowned for her nude modelling, is also gaining a reputation for boyfriends whose lives seem to get tragically cut short.
Edythe Maa, also known as Jade Vixen, found her boyfriend, Peter Stelzenmuller, dead in their Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania home last month.
Mr Stelzenmuller, 49, was killed while testing scuba equipment in the attic, according to his obituary in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
He was Police said they do not suspect foul play in the engineer’s death.
Miss Maa, 29, was a bright engineering student going for a Ph.D. before she turned to S&M. Last year, she posed nude in Penthouse magazine.
In 2009, she won Howard Stern’s 'Strongest Naked Woman' contest.
She had relocated to the Philadelphia area from Long Island, New York, to study materials science and engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, but dropped out after two semesters due to problems with her health, her adviser told the New York Post.
Later, her profitable 'business' took off, as Miss Maa regularly hosted beating sessions at her apartment, blasting music to drown out her clients' screams.
It’s the second time in three years that the self-proclaimed latex lover lost a beau to an untimely death.
In December 2008, the fetish model feared for her life when she was being stalked by a musclebound former client, David Krieg.
Krieg had reportedly paid thousands to be whipped by Miss Maa, a friend told the Post, but when their dominatrix-client relationship soured, she had been looking to file a restraining order against him, according to her lawyer, John Elbert.
Mr Elbert said: 'We didn't have time. It probably wouldn't have made a difference."
Scared, she called her then-boyfriend Anthony Ottaviano, a New York City attorney, to calm her through the ordeal.
After the couple returned to her home on December 1, 2008, Krieg was waiting. Without saying a word, he pulled out a gun, shooting Mr Ottaviano dead, and taking Miss Maa hostage.
She claimed to the New York Post that she was sexually assaulted at gunpoint during the ordeal but eventually convinced Krieg to let her go.
After he dropped her off at a relative’s home in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Maa called the police, who began a search for his vehicle.
Cops reportedly found his car quickly, and during a standoff that lasted hours, Krieg shot himself in the head.
