SPD must release witness names in dominatrix case

USA - STILLWATER - A Washington County District Court judge ruled Thursday that the Stillwater Police Department must hand over the witness names of men who were interviewed after they left the "Taboo Goddess" last year.
The judge gave the police seven days to produce the names of four men who were stopped outside of the dominatrix business of Kristal Ann Taylor in August 2010.
Taylor, 42, was arrested in September 2010 after police received several calls that a number of men were going in and out of the residence at 1111 S. Everett St., a house near Stillwater Junior High and Lakeview Hospital.
Taylor was charged in June for one count of operating a disorderly house, which is a gross misdemeanor.
Taylor will appear in court next on Dec. 20 for a contested omnibus hearing. Her trial will be Feb. 13.
If convicted Taylor faces a $3,000 fine and potentially a year in jail.
